Uploaded documents

Uploaded files are protected during processing and are not intended for public access. Syntravi checks submitted files before processing and removes files according to its retention practices. Please avoid including sensitive information that is not needed for the service you request.

Payment information

Payments are completed through the payment provider selected at checkout. Syntravi keeps the information needed to identify the payment and order status, but does not store your full card number or card security code.

Website connections

For supported website-remediation services, Syntravi requests only the access needed to perform the authorized work. The connection can be revoked when it is no longer needed.

Monitoring access

Monitoring information, reports, and subscription details are available only through authorized access associated with the customer.

Sensitive documents

If your documents contain healthcare, education, legal, employment, government, or other sensitive information, submit only what is necessary for the service. Contact Syntravi before ordering if your organization requires specific contractual or regulatory arrangements.
